I loved the location, just opposite the station, and convenient for catching the skybus to the airport. Tram and bus were nearby. Cafes and restaurants were surrounding. The staff were friendly at the bar! the beautiful decor added a touch of luxury, and the breakfast buffet had countless choices. It had everything i could have possibly wanted. the bed was comfortable and i slept so very soundly with those pillows.

the location was convenient i found it simple to access transportation. the room was very quiet it allowed me to rest peacefully. staff were helpful and ensured my check-in and check-out went smoothly i really appreciated that.
i noticed slight dust on higher surfaces it's a minor issue, but attention to detail matters.

the savoy king room featured a very comfortable bed i slept soundly. there was a walk-in shower rather than a step-in bath, a practical touch. the room was generally quiet i found that to be very relaxing.

the breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of foods i enjoyed the variety. i ate a couple of times in the bar, including during happy hour when there was soft music of the era. there are coffee shops close by, perfect for a morning walk.

the hotel stands a short walk from the skybus terminal at southern cross station. i found the proximity to three tram stops very convenient. breakfast included a good buffet with robes and slippers in the room. the bed was very comfortable, a definite plus.
i wasn't told i needed to request servicing for my room. a note instructed me to leave towels on the shower floor for replacement, missed initially

The location was great, close to the station. i appreciated the inclusion of breakfast. Good coffee was available just around the corner. THE bed was very comfy.
A asian receptionist was not friendly at all. the room was smaller than i expected, and the sink in the bathroom was too small. Water leaked while i washed my face.

i found the location to be convenient. it was very easy to get around. the buffet breakfast was also a real plus, with a good range of options available.
the room felt a little cramped. i believe the shower design caused some flooding in the bathroom and it seeped into the carpet. i was provided with extra towels to manage the water.
